The Mind Body Connection
Wherever in the body is pain there is a negative thought that goes with it, being able to read what the body is saying a story will emerge, maybe something lurking in the subconscious that has been forgotten is wanting to be healed, comes to the surface, just talking about the problem sometimes is enough to sort it, sometimes it needs a more in depth approach such as hypnotherapy or NLP, but one thing is for sure, when the negative thoughts have been dealt with the pain stops and relaxation takes its place and feels wonderful.
