Travel Tips (travel sickness and jetlag)

Rest is necessary to restore the body both mentally and physically to normal homeostasis especially if you will be travelling East to West. Drink plenty of water to rehydrate your body, and don’t drink alcohol on the flight if having to wait in a hot airport with no water available it’s the quickest way to dehydrate your body which will then take a little while to rehydrate, so if you do happen to have an alcoholic drink after being stuck in a hot airport for a few hours, drink water slowly and don’t gulp it down as this will make you feel sick.
