Dear Sandra,
I am writing to thank you for the hypnotherapy sessions you gave me. Since my divorce I have had some trouble trusting people and allowing them to enter my life, I have not tried hypnotherapy before and never saw it as an answer to my problems, but after doing some research over the internet it gave me an insight to try it. After all, what more could I lose?

I am pleased with the results we have achieved. The red balloon script has given my confidence a huge boost and I am feeling better than ever. I can now go out and meet new people without holding back, I feel ten years younger!!
