Back Pain
Depending on the position of the pain either lower, middle or upper as to the underlying negative thought, lower back is possibly lack of financial support or looking for support from a friend, relative or work colleague and depending on which side of the body the pain is whether it relates to a male or female. The best and quickest way to help lower back problems is to know and feel that you can support yourself, that isn’t looking at you’re financial position and thinking ‘how on earth do I support myself when I’m already having difficulties?’ By using hypnotherapy scripts or NLP that back pain can be released.Middle back pain is where we put all those thoughts that we don’t want to face and so you are procrastinating about it instead of dealing with it, when it has to been dealt with, the stress is released.
Upper back or shoulder pain is “who is putting weight on your shoulders” or “who are you carrying around on your shoulders “ or, you feel you are carrying the weight of the world around on them. Frozen shoulders are either “who are you freezing out” or who is sending you thoughts to freeze you. If you do happen to be suffering from a frozen shoulder then imagine a block of ice on your shoulder and slowly defrost it by using tepid to warm water, never think about it being hot as that will defrost it too quickly and cause more pain, then think about the person who is freezing you, or you are freezing out and forgive them for whatever it is that has gone on between you and send them love and not angry thoughts, as it’s you, that you are hurting.
Thoughts are very powerful things they don’t just stay in your head as we would like to think, we are one with everything and everyone and even though we may not physically know what someone is thinking, our subconscious mind does, and that is why we end up in pain at times.
