You can heal your life - By Louise L. Hay
When I first read this title I thought ‘wow’ is it really possible to heal your self? The answer to that is ‘definitely YES’ as long as you are willing to accept responsibility for all your actions and your life, then you will find the healing you are looking for. Its a big responsibility to heal your life but is well worth the effort, the main thing to remember is ‘not to give your power away to anyone’ as soon as you do, you are playing victim role and the feeling it gives you is either one of loss of control, or lack of self worth and both states are really worth having.

Traumatic Experiences
Car accidents, stressful situations, horse riding accidents, accidents of any kind leave their mark on the subconscious and painful situations in the body. Hypnotherapy helps remove these pictures in the mind, it’s not that you are thinking about the incident all the time but the subconscious is trying to get its message across that it’s time for change and get relief from the pain in the body. This is not a panacea for all situations but it certainly can help most people who suffer from pain and discomfort.

Giving up Smoking
Hypnotherapy is an excellent treatment for giving up smoking, in this climate of not being able to smoke in public places many are looking to give up the habit, my advice to those who maybe thinking of going down this road really do need to want to give up the weed and not be doing it because of peer pressure or to please somebody else that’s a recipe for disaster as it can be very expensive to have hypnotherapy sessions to quit and if you are not really ready nothing will stop you from smoking because your core belief is to not wanting to give it up. I’m not advocating smoking but what I am saying is you have to be 100% sure that it’s what YOU want to do. I can help you through hypnotherapy, it is possible to give it up in one treatment but I like to work with three treatments so that any hereditary links can be severed and also prepare your mind for the actual script for making you a non smoker in the second treatment, then I give you affirmations and some hard hitting facts as what smoking does to your body. In the third treatment I check to make sure that you are happy with the way you are feeling and if there is anything that has been missed can be explored.
